 Are they looking for off market properties on the daily? The deals are out there, and they don’t always hit the MLS.

 Are they advising you to write competitive offers? High deposits, minimal conditions, and pre offer home inspections are great strategies to score your dream home in multiple offer situations.

Lastly, are they writing compassion letters for you? Sellers are highly emotional–this is their home they’re selling after all–so a great, well written letter on why you are the right candidate for their home is great way to stand out in a bidding war.
