The Vailas Family Story

Meet Tony and Lotis Vailas. They first met Bryan back in 2019 through a mutual friend, and instantly clicked. Tony remembers being impressed with his overall knowledge, not only about homes, but about real estate as a business.

Tony and Lotis are both real estate investors themselves and both work in hospitality, so they were able to connect over mutual interest in the industry.

Their first opportunity to work together was the couple’s purchase of 375 Truro Street. A 3 bed, 2 bath home in St James, Tony and Lotis were immediately drawn to the spacious backyard, double garage with tandem doors, and the friendly and welcoming neighbourhood.

Once they took possession, the work began. They invested a lot of sweat equity into the house and ultimately transformed it into a home for their family to enjoy. One of their fondest memories of Truro was building the patio and raised garden together as a family, then showing it off to company for BBQ’s and special occasions. When it came time to move on, they once again called up Bryan. This time they got to see The BAM Group work from the seller’s side, and were impressed by the marketing of their home.
