It’s important to set your home up for success, and there are a few low cost ways to do that. We will assess your place and make professional recommendations for how best to stage and present your home in order to attract serious buyers. We see as much as 8-10% more for a house that’s staged, vs one that’s vacant or presented improperly.

ACCESSORIZE

Something as simple as updated light fixtures, lamps, or rugs can make a huge difference to a space.

DECLUTTER

A stager will help tidy up the space to allow the house's best features to shine.

DECORATE

This could include putting up artwork, adding throw pillows or blankets to add colour, or setting up decorative books to add beauty to a space.
